<p>Hi Jody,</p> <p>Welcome back to the swing.</p> <p>*All mains and auxiliaries are running fine. Port genset rough started twice on manual mode in the morning start ups. But all smooth in remote mode.</p> <p>* All scheduled maintenance completed and reports submitted.</p> <p>*Port mid fwd and engine room hatch seals replaced with new.</p> <p>*Fixed Stbd aft door lock and working fine.</p> <p>*STBd mid fwd door strut riveting did not work well. Now fixed with riv-nuts and good so far.</p> <p>* Greased all anchor grease nipples.</p> <p>* Greased both Stbd and port jet cylinders.</p> <p>* Got down a small bottle of rust converter to paint rusted areas in aircon compressor cabinets, but did not get time during week end due other deployments.</p> <p>* Broady traced the cracks in upper deck and sealed off by welding to stop water leaking to aft cabin. Have to monitor during rain.</p> <p>*MRF 8155 raised for air horn compressor which randomly kicks in , Broady confirmed no leaks at the compressor yet need to check the connections at the horn. So MRF did not close off. Please monitor.</p> <p>*Fresh water tap @ shorepower pedestal is leaking and need seal to be replaced.
