<p> </p> <p>Test and tag completed on 11/10</p> <p>AMSA audit conducted on 12/10 - no engineering issues reported</p> <p>Update on MRFs;</p> <p>7958 Port Main aft engine- oil leak under belt drive (oil leak is from the sump gasket that there is already an MRF in for so this is a double up MRF so has been signed off) </p> <p>8018 FW pump accumulator has rust hole in it (3rd fresh water pumper installed on 14/10)</p> <p>7981 smoke curtains velcro needs replacing as it will not hold curtain up</p>
