<p>Hi James,</p> <p>Welcome back, everything going well onboard. Shaun has replaced the missing balance weight to the port fwd drive shaft so no more vibration. We also replaced the lagging on the port fwd main and I've tried to clean up all the fibreglass dust from that eng room. The Port mains have also had the altinators, belts and tensioners replaced. Port mains have been barnie busted and had anodes and impellers replaced. Port Genset has had an oil change.</p> <p>Shaun has been continuing work on the Stb Aft main (temp prob) still nothing uncovered. He's ordered some exhaust temp pyro sensors to put in to monitor operating exhaust temps too hopefully shed some more light on the problem. Stb fwd still using a bit of oil, approx 1.5lts per swing. Shaun will be down sometime during your swing to barnie bust and replace anodes and impellers on both Stb mains. Gearbox oil has been changed on all four mains.</p> <p>Toilet door engaged signs have been fixed along with a few other running maintainence jobs, nothing major.</p> <p>You'll notice there is not many oil soaker pads left in the stores locker, we did order some at the end of last swing so not sure weather you got them or used them, we have ordered more and should be up in the store room by Friday.
