<p>Hi Wolffy and Flick,</p> <p>Welcome back!</p> <p>A fairly routine swing was had by us with a fair bit of covering other boats at times and a few people borrowing our boat to cover runs. Other than that not too much to report really.</p> <p>A few things though…</p> <ol> <li>All the usuals have been done over the past 3 days. Let me know if any issues. Hopefully now with a bit of stability and you and I back on deck we can get her gleaming again.</li> <li>Spliced and fitted new forward spring to GL4 outer berth. I don’t think you use this one but just letting you know.</li> <li>Have been a few no washes getting about. Oxley and barge have been consistent around the time of the 0700 run at CCF2. Tug base also.</li> <li>All machinery is okay. Added a little bit of oil to the Starboard Main, monitor. Brodie is going to be brake cleaning and putting in some dye in the starboard gearbox to help find the source of the leak (Edit: this was done today (24/10). This may be done after I’m typing this (yep, it was!). Also port engine room bilge pipe has bad corrosion on underside of pipe near the fire- fighting seacock. Brodie / Shaun aware and may even be fixed today (24/10/17) but if not it requires fairly urgent attention as it is almost corroded through. We were very lucky to spot it whilst cleaning engine rooms.</li> <li>Fuel and fresh full. Sullage empty. No urgent stores or engineering requirements other than the above. Logs, paper and electronic are ready for you. Schedule is unchanged.</li> <li>Charts are up to date, had to do a few of them. Mainly regarding the changes to lead light characteristics as per NTM.</li> <li>Generator serviced by Adam today (24/10)</li> </ol> <p>Yibbida yibbida, that’s all folks.
