<p>Good morning/ afternoon,</p> <p>have had a couple new issues pop up this swing but we have also had parts arrive to fix existing problems I will list below the current issues and what has been fixed this swing.</p> <p> </p> <p>current issues new to swing.</p> <p>MRF 3161 port genset shutting down it will sometimes run all day but has been shutting down SBE aware and will be organising electricians to problem solve.</p> <p>MRF 3176 port aft main is throwing fault codes on a regular basis they are not effecting controls in any way the codes are FF9E idle adjust defect.. 1101 idle adjust pto and just recently 4300 fixed speed switch. SBE are aware and are currently researching codes to work out fix.</p> <p>MRF 3177 STB aft main coolant Level sensor has played up once or twice have been advised it will not be changed unless it faults more often. (Coolant level is fine the sensor is just on the way out)</p> <p>The STB jet room seals on Rams are leaking I have been filling with grease every second day to help stop ingress. I did have it dry but a mix between the seals and the large amount of rain we have just had it is a little bit wet once again. </p> <p>Work been completed.</p> <p>engine and jet rooms have been degreased washed down and new spill pads in place each main has 6x half pads under and one whole pad under each genset. Jet rooms each have 8x half spill pads.</p> <p>13/3 6362hrs STB fed coolant lvl sensor replaced</p> <p>14/3 fit new tv set top box. 7340hrs STB genset 250hr service and outer Humphries adjusted half way down.</p> <p>20/3 STB genset 7369hrs 500hr service completed Davit winch check and service port fwd 6396hrs temp lvl sensor replaced</p> <p>23/3 replace fuel tank high alarms(and they do now work) replace port fwd mixer elbow. Faulty VHF (master side) replaced water in STB aft with coolant 6410hrs </p> <p>24/3 STB fwd heat exchanger replaced and it now has not gone above 81 degrees.</p> <p>I think that covers it I hope you have a good swing any questions feel free to call.</p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Ashley Flanders.</p> <p>0437824053</p> <p> </p>
