<p>1.Stbd forward engine has coolant and Luboil leaks. Need top up coolant every day and monitor oil level .</p> <p>2. Port engine room Fluro light Near the ladder require repairs. Replaced fluros and starters but not good. Need services of electrician. MRF sent.</p> <p>3. STBD aft main coolant temp rise to 85 degrees and shore engineers aware of it. They checked seawater pump impeller and heat exchangers for any blockages. Now waiting work on heat exchangers.</p> <p>4. STBD fwd coolant temp also slightly high. Please monitor.(around 79-81).</p> <p> </p>
