<p>No major issues this swing have had a lot of MRFs completed current outstanding a are as per below </p> <p>2737 blue arrow system rpm sensor fault alarm. Has been diagnosed as a faulty sensor does not effect handling of vessel awaiting part to be replaced.</p> <p>2767 vessel vibration when under way at speeds above 1800rpm </p> <p> </p> <p>The stb main oil leak has been confirmed as sump gasket we have been tightening the sump bolts as they do work their way loose. Engineers have requested we monitor oil levels and report if leak gets worse.</p> <p>the port side fire alarms started to fault where a alarm was stuck on on the engine room but there was no alarm showing on the dash Pannel.</p> <p>work completed </p> <p>Port main gear box was over full has now been drained to correct levels </p> <p>1200hr service on port & stb mains </p> <p>replaced anodes on port & stb jet inner anodes </p> <p>checked all under water valves </p> <p>New Separ filter fitted stb aft filter old had a cracked bowl causing air leaks</p> <p>stb Genset serviced oil and filter </p> <p>raw water pipe on stb side under turbo was replaced due to divot in pipe</p> <p>port and stb spinner filters changed </p> <p>aces onboard replaced aft deck fluro</p> <p>replaced stb VHF aerial </p> <p>fitted new hard drive to DVR recorder </p> <p>shimmed out wheel house outside door dog to make a tighter seal </p> <p>stb fuel void light clips replaced and fixed </p> <p>port Genset was reading high voltage was only due to fully charged batteries </p> <p>port Genset serviced oil and filter </p> <p>tested jet unites found faulty speed sensor and re calibrated both units </p> <p>tested all bilge alarms and pumps fuel shut offs as part of void inspections </p> <p>port engine room has new fire alarm fitted and new Pannel fitted to dash</p>
