IMS8.5.1 Continual Improvement Procedure

1.0   PURPOSE

The purpose of this procedure is to demonstrate the company’s commitment to continual improvement. The company shall continually improve SeaLink management system through the use of:

  • Management Review,

  • Audits, and actions arising from corrective and preventative actions,

  • The company’s quality policy, objectives, and;

  • The analysis of data where applicable.

2.0   SCOPE

This procedure applies to all formal reviews conducted by Management to determine the efficiency, effectiveness and appropriateness of the Quality Management System or part thereof and to identify areas of improvement.
