IMS5.2 Quality Policy

SeaLink Gladstone is committed to providing an efficient, reliable and safe vehicular and passenger ferry service, and to maintain the highest standard of service.

SeaLink Gladstone, owned by the SeaLink Travel Group, will maintain a management system which conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and relevant legislative requirements.

To achieve this objective SeaLink Gladstone will:

  • Maintain a certified Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
  • Set objectives and targets to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide adequate resources to continually review and improve business process.
  • Encourage all employees to integrate quality management into their work and promote its application as a method for continual improvement within their area of responsibility.
  • Actively seek performance feedback from customers and address opportunities for improvement that are identified.
  • Audit, control and review its management systems to ensure continual improvement, relevance and contribution to the efficient and reliable operation of the business.
  • Communicate the requirements of this policy to all employees operating for SeaLink Gladstone.

Management must ensure this policy is understood, implemented and the appropriate resources are available for the ongoing maintenance of the AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 certification.

This policy statement applies to SeaLink Gladstone and will be regularly reviewed in light of developments, including changes to legislation and our understanding of best practice.
